Brief History
Dickinson
Caravans was created over 30 years ago by Bert, June and Alan
Dickinson and has grown through the years to become the thriving
successful business that it is today. It is one of the few family
dealerships left in West Yorkshire and is now made up of a team
of dedicated workers headed by Alan and June Dickinson and Peter
Walker. Peter has been with the company ever since the site was
created in 1976 and continues to be a valuable and influential
member of staff.
Dickinsons
began by selling second hand caravans but progressed to gain
many dealerships of new caravans. One of the constant services
the company continues to offer is that of servicing and repairs
to all makes of Caravan. The business soon expanded and in
1981 added an accessory shop which is now the largest caravan
accessory and leisure shop in West Yorkshire.
Now,
and with a total of sixteen staff, Dickinson's Caravans continues
to be very much of a family business, centred around you, our
customers. |
